My bro is also 19....he 's on sus (500 MG weekly) and d-bols (25 MG -daily) he's had amazing gains so far....i'd have to say 19 is a good age depending on maturity....i was hesisitant at first as well about my bro using juice....everyone has a different opinion on this matter though...
