Been sick for about a week now, AGAIN. But I just got out of the shower, looked in the mirror and flexed (Guy's lets admit it , we ALL do this), and I could see the outline of where my abs are starting to show, I could see the top two coming in , then a little of the middle two, then I could barely see the lower two. This might be nothin to you bro's, but i've always been "the fat kid" at school...
. (up until freshman year). I still slightly have a gut on me, but when I flexed hard I thought I was seeing things.
. I was like "WOW ! They actually exist!!!"
I look forward to cutting in spring and summer, even though I hate cardio.. Can't wait to see what I look like near the end. I 'll probably reach somewhere betwen 185-190 by the end of winter. But I thought about how much I would drop down when I worked on cutting. I was thinking maybe to 150-160 at a low bf.
Sorry sorry!! But if you were ever REALLY fat, with a bad gut, you know the feeling i'm talkin about when you start seein your abdominals.![]()
