I am about to really get serious working out, i have been working out about 2-5 hours a week for a year, but with work and school it gets hectic.
Anyway, my question is this: what supplements do you suggest? dosage/brand would be awesome. ALso, pointers on a diet? I've been reading, but there is just soooo much info out there.
I am 17 years old, 150 pounds, 5'11"
I will be spending at least 2-3 hours a day at the gym for the next few months. Also, i have decided to rule out steroids, good/not good??
