Walking or jogging for AM cardio?

Hey, for cutting is walking or speed walking good enough for empty-stomach cardio?

How badly do you need to lose fat? Is there something preventing you from running, injury, too heavy etc?

I thinks it more THR (target-heart rate)

I can walk at 4.5 at a 5% incline and get my HR (heart rate) up to 156...

so watch your heart rate... and more intense on cardio isnt always best.

I only walk. Muscle sparing and low impact. 45min, empty stomach

Hey Pheedno isnt walking a bit too less intense? What kind of speed are you talking about, like ordinary walking down the block or speed walking?

when i think cardio i think being exhasuted, red-faced sweating like a pig, and breathless after cardio. Now i can walk a lot but i feel just walking won't get my max HR anywhere near 65-75 percent . I'm just hoping walking would work since the gym doesnt open this early when i wake up.

I know exactly how you feel. I have to stop myself from going too hard on cardio or else I wouldn't have anything left for the weights.
