Hey guys. I am 6' 1" and weigh 245. One month ago i weighed 268. Hard dieting, 20 minutes of cardio a day and weight training has done the trick for me. My question is my chest. I have flabby tits. I would not consider them "bitch tits" but they are flabby and stick out a little to much for my taste. I am training my chest at the gym and seem to be lossing a little. Any tricks anyone can tell me, maybe what the best excersises are?? Thanks guys Fuller
