    ummm this weekend hmmm...

    working in the gym until 9 tonight so i'm gonna go home and sleep to recover tonight. saturday, i'm hitting arms then ficnishing up last minutes xmas shopping.sunday back in the gym and sleeping.my gf and i are too busy this weekend to get together so i'll just be smoking alot of pot and jerking off i guess.

    I just finished my last final today... IM shot... I am goin to just chill hit sholders today... Wake up tommorow try to do cardio and def doin sholders... I might go out tommorow not sure yet... Aunts in from Atlanta so go to go out to dinner... Thats about that.
