What can I do to build up this area? I would think fly's but aren't those supposed to add to where your pec connects to your delt? I work out at home with free weights so no cable crossovers or fancy machine stuff.

pec dec and flies...there ya go
close grip bench will also help you focus more on your inner chest... It really hits your triceps, but they also target your inner chest.
