People frontload to get their blood consentration to where they'll get in 4 weeks, so they do their weekly dose the first day, some double their dose the first week. If you've never cycles don't do it.

Johnny is on the money. Instead of front loading people start there cycles with a fast acting compound like dbol or prop. Some do that and front load lol.

dont do it if youve never cycled before.
i also like M.S's idea for a beginner too.......start with a fast acting compound if youre impatient.
both of these are sound pieces of advice.
