AS YOU GET CLOSER TO YOUR GOAL, YOU'LL REDUCE THE AMOUNT YOU CHEAT ON THE FREE DAY EACH WEEK. (IDEALLY)

CLEN IS AN AID, MOST FIND IT DOENS'T WORK FOR THEM, DIET WILL BE THE KEY.
