    sleeping positions

I usually sleep on my side and i think my shoulders are sorta caved in and narrow due to that so i tried to train myself on sleeping on my back to see if my shoulders would be at its sides and maybe even widen my shoulder width a bit. Do you think this'll work?

Posture has a great deal to do with it too..make sure you walk straight up, back straight as a board, and shoulders out...

Good call Monster. Posture is very key. Concentrate when you walk and even when you sit. Try to get into good habbits for posture. Shoulders back and chest out.

if your concerned about your sleeping habits making your shoulders too narrow, forget that, your mom and dad gave you your shoulders, in other words it's genetics, not how you sleep

I sleep on my shoulder and it doesn't effect my delts.......so I would not think that sleeping on your back will help.
