Hey all, I'm approaching the end of my mass phase. I would now like to cut a little. I'm going to use EC but am unsure when to use it. Last summer, I used Xenadrine (non-ephedra) before morning cardio. This worked fairly well (dropped from 23% BF to 16%BF - presently about 14%) but I've been reading a lot about using it an hour before lifting. What do you guys recommend? Morning? Pre-workout (around 4pm)? Both?..help me out fellas!!
