    Well I did have a couple of drinks.....And I know I totally messed up the message by saying well if I dont see you then have a Great Christmas blah blah blah....I caught myself and was like wait...its not like I would see you anyways.....it turned out to be a dumb message...but I thought it was funny......

    Don't erase it...it's been my "experience" that it's tough to make a stalking charge stick without having chronicled ALL the phone calls, even the seemingly innocuous ones. While that little fact has gotten me out of many a jam and staved off a few restraining orders (take THAT Jessica Simpson's attorneys), I'd hate to see this turn out badly for you.
