Is this fake

I got a bottle of deca. It is made by black laboroties and say black label on the bottle. It says it is 400mg/ml. I didn't think it was make is a 400mg. I thought the highest was 300. The bottle is all in english with the sealed cap and everything. It has an experiration date and a picture of a red dragon on the label. The corners are rounded not square. Has anyone heard of black laboraties or black label or deca 400
