I just got my cinnamon liquid nolva in a 50ml spray bottle, my question is how many sprays is equal to 20Mg, I have nothing to measure it out with so any help would be appreciated.

I have the same bottle , just spray it 2 times and you will have enough . Anyway , its better to use pills , the first week i used the spray my tongue was feeling numb its feel like your just back from the dentist . If you experience the same PM me . Dunno if thats a side effect .
