insulin ?, and beef patty question

can anyone give me some general info on insulin, or a link on this site, i heard of people using it because it speeds up the rate at which ur body absorbs stuff, just some general info would be nice , i also had a question bout these beef pattys im eating, it says on the nutrition label that they ahve 30 g's of protien in em, they come in packages of 4, and it doesnt say how many servings are in it, so is each patty 30 g's?, thx for ur help and ur time

1 patty = 1 serving, just type in insulin for a search, there's plenty of articles

Go to the educational forum and start there. There are a few real good insulin threads in there that will get you started, but don't stop there. You need to know what you are doing when using slin for many reasons.
