I have been PL style training for about 2 ½ to 3 years now. Deadlifting has become part of my back routine.
As I am going to re-focus my training to HST (hypertophy specific training) or as it used to be called, bodybuilding, would it be advisable to eliminate the regular deadlifts ? Can I still do SLDL's on my leg days?

Not many other people in my gym do them. I do them on shoulder day. I hope it helps my traps, they really need it
