I have been told that once mixed (the liquid solution & powder) It must be kept cool. I have been doing this, but on this one occasion I forgot & left it at room temp for around 4 hours. Will this have any effect, is it still worth taking?

must be kept under 8 degrees maximum time not is 24 hours -obviously not in an oven !!
