Have yet to see this one on here....What is you favorite exercise and why..and a what the hell what is you least favorite and of course why???
I guess i will go first..my favorite has to be squats...love the jello feeling and you can really tell that these mothers work.
Least favorite....has to be any type of hyperextensions for the lower back..just feels like i am going to blow a disk..but you have to do them..nothing beats that xmas tree.

Recently my legs have bin feeling good tho and im starting to enjoy it a little more.
. I know its lame, but i work out solo, so thats the only way i can bench past the 400 mark. Its only able to hold 450 though. Ah screw it, i love them all!
