    my back

    yes a crappy pic from my webcam.. i like how my back looks tho...

    yup my good homie SC helped me out and still is i went from 265 (dec 2002) to 185 this last summer and now im at 210 and less bf then when i was at 185.. still got more bf to shed tho.. but all in due time.. before dec 2002 i never touched a weight in my life..
