What is the deal with cell-tech? Ive read a couple boards here that says its a total waste of money. Is this true? I have been taking it for over a year now and I have seen results with it. I stopped for a few months and started again in late november and I have gained about 5-7 lbs since then and I am able to lift more also. Is it true also that the loading stage is a waste and you should only do one scoop? Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.
