What I want to ask you guys is what time do you think I should take this? It seems to me if I took this close to bedtime I'd look like fat albert in no time but I am a newbie so maybe I'm wrong. I'm trying to get up to about 190-195 but I want to be lean. I'm assuming I'll have to go over that and slim down, or is there another way? Can you guys and gals offer any advice?
Just FYI I'm 6'2 180lbs My workout goes: 1) chest/back/abs 2)Traps/Delts/Legs 3)Off (my arms need the most help so I do those every other day). I do the treadmill about 15 mins 3 times a week (should I stop or cut that down if I'm trying to gain?)
