Cardio 40 mins in AM
Meal 1 4 Egg whites 1/2 cup of oats
Meal 2 Tuna with mayo
Meal 3 Steak only
Meal 4 pwo shake with dextrose.
Meal 5 chiken with white rice.
Meal 6 2 grilled chikens with melted cheese for a fat.
Let me know if this is good please or any suggestions would be greatly apreciated.
Meals go alternate depending on work scheduel as it does affect when i workout
