Aleve works by dilating blood vessils. It's mainly very small vessils that it works on and it can also raise your blood preasure. I don't think the benefit is quite enough to risk your health for.
Where did you get that info from? The blood pressure increase seen in NSAID use are attributable to their effect on renal cyclooxegenase receptors. It's a type of rebound effect. It doesn't dilate the larger arteries, ventricals, etc. The kidneys sense an inbalance and cause the heart to pump harder to make up for it, therefore the BP increases and/or the heart rate increases.
