Hey Everyone,
I'm a skinny bastard. I'm 21, 5'6 ectomorph, 130 LBS. I've been skinny all my life, was dumb and smoked for the last 5 years.
I tried to bulk up once; I quit smoking, ate til I almost puked, worked out (though I didn't really know what I was doing) and ended up weighing like 150 pounds, which was the most I ever weighed; then I lost it all in about 3 months of not working out.
Now recently I've gone through this whole life-revelation thing; I just quit smoking and want to be on my way to living a healthy, active life.
I figure I want to put on some mass....as much as I can. I just wanna do it the best way possible.
Any suggestions?
