I just got my hands on some ZMA and everyone says to take it at night on a empty stomach. But my last meal is at like 10pm and its Cottage cheese and Natural Peanut butter. So should I take it right before bed or what?

I agree with ju. The only thing is that when I took ZMA I was under the impression that it put you to sleep because it had dopamine in it. Im pretty sure thats the way its supposed to work because they say with the raised levels of zinc and magnesium it will have an androgenic effect. In that case I wouldnt be taking it before work or anything or else your bound to get fired. I could be wrong but it didnt do any thing anyways
ZMA is meant to get your body to release more GH while you sleep, that's why people say to take it when you go to bed. Some research also indicates a release of GH during a workout, so they say to take ZMA just before you work out also.
Take 30 minutes before your bedtime meal on an empty stomach. That way it has time enough to digest and it is almost before bed.
