Ok guys, got a few questions for you I hope you can answer. I've made a few posts, but incase you don't know my stats. 6'2, 220lbs, 20% BF, looking to CUT up and SHRED down to 8-12% BF. Dieting, lots of cardio, and lifting. Cardio 7 days a week 30 min each day, and lifting 5 days a week. EVERYONE talks about GLUTAMINE, and how great it is for muscle recovery, thats FINE to take even though I'm cutting? Also, Capsules or Powder better? Now I've read to take 15-20g a day....5 when I wake up, 10 directly after workout, and 5 before bed...Now here's my main question. Whats the deal with GLUTAMINE and Protien? They can't be taken together? So right after my workout, I always have a protien shake, but everyone says you NEED to take Glutamine immediately after workout, how does that work? Please go over this for me in detail. Also, What PROTIEN SHAKE tastes good? Everything I've had tastes like shit! How many Protien shakes should I be taking a day, and when?
