    Mystery bottle

    Hey,

    Have any of y'all out there heard of a Product made by PVL (sport-fit) called "ECDYxtra" or "20-hydroxyBeta-Ecdysterone". A guy at my protein supplying store gave it to me when I bought a whole swack of stuff. He told me to use it while I was I was training.

    Any help is appreciated. I checked the website and it's just really vague.

    It's an insect molting hormone that I believe is supposed to help you assimilate more protein from your diet into your muscles...everything I've seen leads me to believe it's complete crap. Won't hurt you...but it's not going to help IMO..
