avoid all caffeine, edredrine at least 4 hours prior to sleeping.......try to go sleep around the same time every night.........so your body will get used to a time.............usually a sleeping aid, will get you to sleep but will become extemely addictive to the point where you can't fall asleep without them...........and thats the last thing you want
if nothing works, you could suffer form a form of sleep apnea or something like that......my Dad has a bad case of it.......he has to go get monitored at some place every 6 months, overnight.......her can never get a full nights sleep......and when he does sleep......it sounds like hes stuggling to breath in his sleep....kind of scary...........but if its really, really that bad, you may need to see a doctor
