RT EQ 400 Help me out

Ok here it is I have a 10cc bottle of RT EQ 400 but there is this like white clay looking stuff stuck on the inside of the Vial.
WHat is it can it still be injected????? I have never messed with it, it still has its little cap on it I bought it and I just put is away in my safe.
THen just took it out right now and saw this Help me out bros

I know it was not like this when I got it I Goggle eye my Gear as soon as I get before tucking it away. =)-

I have a white blob on the inside of my RT EQ400 also. I used up the bottle about a week ago and had no problems and the blob stayed after all the oil was gone.

What is it does anyone know???? I want to use it but I just came off a cycle and I want to wait a little while.
