ephedra and caffiene not working?

i've taken it 3 times so far. spaced 2-3 days apart

first time i took 1 ephedra (100mg) and half a caf tablet (100mg) and felt nothing. i was yawning at the gym.. i took this after i ate a meal however..

second time i took 1 ephedra and 1 caf tablet (200mg).. i waited 2.5 hrs after eating took it (**** loads of water).. waited 15min and had sometihng to eat.. still yawning at the gym. i noticed i had a TAD bit more perseverance on doing final reps to failure. i also noticed i have to piss like crazy for the 5hrs after i took it (obviously the caf is doing something about my piss - diuretic)

third time i took it this morning on an empty stomach 1 ephedra and 1 caf tablet with water and went to the gym and did 45min cardio. as far as i am concerned i didnt notice anything.

should i up the ephedra tablets to 2 and 1 caff and see how that goes? each 100mg ephedra is = to 1 8mg ephedrine

yeah, the typical commercial fat burners have 335mg of ephedrine, which comes to about 25mg of ephedrine...

Have you taken ephedrine before? Ephedrine lowers your beta-receptors. It will keep working less and less the more times you start supplementing it unless you get a prescrition drug to help raise your levels back to normal. Also if you take too much then ephedrine had an opposite effect on the body such as making you tired and/or giving you a horrible stomach ache. I would say trying uping it a bit little by little to asess your torlerance.

I hate to ask such an open ended question....but I have been doing research for some time and can't understand the difference between ephedrine and ephedra? I recently bought ephedrine and was wondering what kind of dosages I should be taking. I will be making my own ECA stack....how does ephedrine compare to ephedra. And does an ECA stack compare to Xendrine or is it better ? Any input from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

ephedrine is like engineered by scientists.

ephedra comes from the actually herb. 100gs of ma hung (sp?) is equivelent to 8mg of ephedrine.

ephedrine apparently hits you faster, side affects are slightly more noticeable and it apparently wears off quicker.

The best thing for BR reguvination is ketofin, but it's not OTC. Some liquid research companys carry it.

If you come across some that is mixed with clen. DO NOT buy it. It should not be taken at the same time as a stimulant. Best right before bed

this morning i took 2 100mg ephedra pills and one caffiene.. still didnt feel anything, on an empty stomach and did 50 min of cardio this morning

im thinking about trying 2 ephedrine pills and one caff pill

you shouldnt necessarily base it just on how you feel....try measuring your heart rate while doing cardio on a day you dont take it compared to a day you do...if your HR is up or gets in the zone quicker you know it's working to some degree.

that is not necessarily the best bet as you may notr be able to decifer whether your heartrate is high because of the cardiovascular exercise or b/c of the ECA stack. You should usually feel a little warming sensation.

Exactly, you shouldn't feel like you're on speed. Not all people "feel" while they are on the supplement. Take the recommended dosages, and dont be an idiot and take double because you'dont feel it'.
