    Question How Many Exercises Per Body Part?

    I've been training for probably a year and a half now, gaining results, but probably slower than most of the population. I always wondered though, what is a good amount of exercises per body parts? I'll post my routines if you guys want to critique them

    it depends on how you feel.

    large muscle groups usually 15 sets for me
    and small usually 10-12 sets.. but twice a week.

    I am a beginner and I dont know that that has any signifigance but I do 3 to 4 sets per body part. That is after my warm up though and my warm up will go until I feel like my muscles are ready and I have the right form down.

    so your saying you only go in and do like 5 sets on flat-bench? or 5 sets rows?

    cause that AINT ENOUGH!!

    yea you must of meant something else. Like big said 5 sets per body part is not even close to getting big

    hey bigol'legs u said u work every muscle group twice a week if u could would u post your workout im going to need a new workout soon i was wondering if u could help me out. i want to gain mass im eating 3,800 cal a day heres my current workout.
    mon-chest/bic
    tues-off
    wed-legs
    thur-off
    fri-back
    sat-off
    sun-shoulders/trics
    i have read and heard that working a muscle group twice a week is best.if u could post your workout it would be greatly appreciated.
