Hey gang,
I am having trouble with bench press/chest exercises!
No matter how wide or narrow I grip the bar, i get little or no burn in the chest. Seems like everything is in the upper mid-back and shoulders.
The confusing part for me is I am getting stronger, and bigger, but it makes me wonder what I could do if I got a good consistent burn from my benching.
Cable X-overs work fairly well, and I get a good burn from that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
