hey guys..i have wondered about this for a lil while now..i know am cardio is great for burning all that fat off..but how many of you do AM cardio while bulking, does it serve a purpose or could it in fact hinder ur goals.???
i mean ...to me it would seem as you would be burning valuable kcals and carbs that are needed to build that ultimate mass..am i correct with this theory..or am i talking out of my ass?????![]()
