hello, new to the sight . am a linebacker. and was in great shape. for one year i was almost competition ready then i was the not so lucky one to obtain a bad injury to both my sholders. so i now want to be back where i was. but need help. can you please assist me in a cycle that will get me to my goal. also the side affects and the plus sides of it.and how long untill i notice a change . i really have no fat just the over layer if you know what i mean .well thanks for the help much appreciated....
