I'd say drop the 1ad... too much money for not much. At your size your cool with 1 megaman multivitamin a day, it's been tested and the GNC megaman multivitamins are good stuff so no need to worry about taking 2 to make up for a companies slack...save some money
I'd say a standard 5mg creatine before workout and 5mg after would be a good suppliment, simple but some of the best results you can get with over the counter suppliments.
As far as the liquid clen, good stuff.. make sure to take potasium and taurine pills with it or you can have some BAD side effects...your getting this advice from someone who was hospitalized for a week so make sure to take it seriously and you should have nothing to worry about.
