I recommend both as L-dex works better for edema reduction, which also helps with BP. Nolva being a SERM, mimicks bones and liver estrogen, which can help alleviate the possible negative effect L-dex can have on the lipids. It also serves as a back up to the L-dex for estrogen already existing
