Hey to all , i am starting my first cycle soon and was wandering what you all thought.
Im 5'10", weigh 165, with about 15% bf, very active with good metabloism.
I want to put on some hard muscle quick for the summer, my fried reccomeds deca for the first stage, that is what he did alone and he looks just about how i would like to look. We work out about 3 or 4 days a week and i eat a lot of food.
I know that when i start , im gunna eat tons of proteins and eat a lot more than i already do
i need to get rid of sum pudge in the stomach area and bulk up errything else
I see that addin test is an option widely avdised by many users on this forum, but this is my first time and i want to make sure i dont overdo anything. should i have clomid avail for pct or what?
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. . . . . .
