    Injection advice

    Hey guys, I just started my first cycle of sustanon 250- Test Cyp.
    I did my sust shot in my arm, now my arm is rock hard and very sore. Any advice on what i did wrong or what i could do to prevent this?

    Take this to the steroid forum, it will get more exposure in there. Also post your cycle for critique...the guys will be glad to help you. If you want to kn ow what you might have done wrong, or could have done differently, you should outline what you actually did.

    alright mate. first thing you did wrong never inject in your arms or legs or anywere except your arse. dont matter what anyone tells you make that your rule. sust jabs do hurt like a bitch as that lovely blonde lady says but the time unable to train you lost is cause you shouldnt inject anywere except your ass. Its a bit gay I know but thats life. you can get infections and sorts a **** injecting in your arms and legs im supprised no one else warned you its begginers rule anyway take care
