I work out the same as I always do....... The only thing I change durring PCT is I up my calories a bit.

i would definatley through in about 500 more cals for the next four weeks...and lift the same after that if your gonna "cut" a little then up reps and lower rest periods and cut your weight workouts to about 45 min's and throw in carido before and after around 45 mins worth....thats what i did and it worked and i will do it again...
Just make sure you keep eating
I switch to an entirely different workout, food intake stays the same.
