    hey all,
this forum is awe inspiring with the info and suggestions that everyone has...i only recently started working out again after several years of not, i got tired of being a blob on the couch...now i'm at the other end of the spectrum and want to look like the guys on the covers of the magazines! i've just started a basic workout and am taking a couple prohormones, glutamine, creatine and lots of protein...as well as nitrix...so far i feel great whenever i leave the gym and am pumped ..and when i lift more weight...but as a 'born again' beginner you initially see results easily
anyway, just wanted to introduce myself...i look forward to benefitting from everyone's experience and hope i will be able to contribute something in the future...

You are right, those first gains come back quickly. It sure is eay to get excited about being back in the gym. When you hit the wall, don't get discouraged and quit...tweak your diet and your training. Ask the guys here what to do differently to start back gaining.

    Thumbs up

just want to say thanks to all the guys that take time to read an intro and respond with a welcome....that is really important for newbies, like me, that are a bit intimidated initially in a forum outside their previous scope of knowledge....

That's true, it really does mean a lot to know that the other board members take the time to read our intros and welcome us to the site. Look at me. . .I'm getting all sentimental now
