Body Fat: 30% - I know this is high, but when I do diet down (which I have done before) to about 8 - 10%, sure i'm lean but I shrink to a size i'm not comfortable with. I look small and thin. I know how to train and eat (emphasis on protein, 6-8 meals a day), but my lean body mass seems to stay at around 63KG or 140lbs which is far too low for my liking. I have stayed at this level for about 2 years. So i've made the conscious decision to juice up and maybe get my lean mass to around 80KG or 180 lbs and then cut up with a diet. The fat I have now can only help me get bigger when I do take the juice.
