Chek has been praising swiss ball movement for years, so I decided to supplement my normal routine with swiss ball bench presses at the gym today. I didn't realize how much of a blow to an ego these would be, poundages were dropped to around 40-50% 1RM weights and without a spotter handy I fell off the ball about 5 times, one time smashing my elbow into the ground. So I pretty much left the gym completely humbled while icing my new mini-injury. The moral of the story? If you don't mind looking like a moron doing DB presses on a big blue ball, don't get cocky with the weights!
