I have mapped out a 2 cycles for 21wks (attached word doc.) to the best of my ability. Please make constructive suggestions/comments. Thank you.
I look forward to learning and conversing with you all. The following is some info on me:
My stats:
Age : 26
height: 5'10
weight: 218 was 235 in Nov.03
BF%: 26% I think
Goal: 19 weeks (memorial day weekend Lake Havasu Az./ b-day)
Weight: 180-190
BF%: as low as possible (6pak or some ab def.)
And as ripped as possible.
I started my first cycle. I’m in mid week 3 of 6.
Current cycle 6 weeks
Week 1 thru 6: 1 cc/wk Sust 250
Week 1 thru 8: clen (2 wks on one wk off)
post cycle :clomid 14 days
I know eating is the key. And what I eat more importantly what i eat. I'm eating 6 times a day of the following:
meal 1: .5 cup oatmeal
meal 2: 5 eggs (3 whites 2 reg.)
meal 3: 1cup lean gound turkey and half a cup of veggies/yams
meal 4: 1cup lean gound turkey and half a cup of veggies/yams
meal 5: protien shake
meal 6: post work out protien shake
Workout schedule:
day1: Chest & Tri's
day2: Back & Bi's
day3: Legs & ab's
day4: delts & trap's
day5: rest
day6: starts over
and 30min cardio ED except rest day
any sugestions/comments?
