DNP, doses every 36 hours?

Ok yes i know, "dont do dnp" will be said in every reply to this. However, I have a question for research purposes...mods, vets, other experienced dnp users please see if you can answer this.....

I read a post by another bro on this board that said taking your dose every 36 hours would give you a stable dose, would that be better then taking it every day at the same time to prevent build up?

i wouldnt think that you would be on dnp long enough to have a build up...cause when i did it, every day was the same ****ty effect so didnt really see my body building up to it....but good question, id like to hear other views on this

What does are you planning on using? I would take a dose very 36 hrs only if the caps you have are too strong to just take 1 a day. Taking the caps more often will keep the dose more stanble. I have a female friend who wanted to use it and I had her take 1 200mg cap every 36 hrs...

I'm not planning on doing it for awile, but as you've seen lately all i do is read into the subject.

The dose would be day 1-3 @ 200mg and 4-10 @ 400mg

but I will look through my papers ,asap Back then (3-4 years ago) i didnt have a computer at home so i would print out stuff like that and save it

I just experimented with DNP caps. Knocked me out at 200mg. My brother did 400mg one day, 200mg next, then back to 400mg for 10days. He just ended yesterday so a week after the bloat goes away Im going to see how much weight he has dropped. So far he lost 6 pounds.

Well bro I took dnp for 20 days 600mg every day and 200mg every four hours and in that time i lost 20pounds and retained all my strength... went from 250lbs to 229lbs. The only bad effect i had was the sweating and being tired easy.

Could you take 100mg a day and still lose weight. I cycle(on a bike) about 2 hours a day and want to drop some more weight. I can't afford to be too tired to ride for 2 weeks, not during this part of my season. Could you even drop down to 50mg and still get some results? obviously it would take longer but do you think it would still be beneficial. On average w/ gym time and bike time i train 16-24 hrs a week. Thanks for any help.

Unless you have access to the raw agent, then you can cap them however you'd like.

If you'd be so kind as to point out the erroneous portion of my statement I'd be more than happy to correct it, but my statement is grammatically sound.

As far as flaming goes, maybe you should heed your own advice as you're the original perpetrator!

Ultimately, the point comes down to the fact that DNP can be found in formulations OTHER than mere 200 mg capsules. With the plethora of underground labs coming into existence everyday, there are innumerable concoctions out there! I, personally, make my own DNP caps and prefer to make them at lowers doses so as I can take them more evenly throughout the day.

Another point that should be noted is to NOT make an oral solution of DNP! The stuff will stain anything it comes into contact with. Either resort to capping the powder/crystals or suspend it in a liquid and then inject it into a capsule of some sort.

Yes, you will still drop some weight. As you said, it will take more time, but, considering your calories aren't too high above BMR you should be more than happy with the results.

The exact dosage that would illicit the response you personally seek will take some trial and error on your part. Noone can tell you how a drug is going to affect your individual. I would start low and work your way up to a dosage which 1)illicits the results you seek while 2) not making you too lethargic to perform the tasks required of you.

400mg's knocked me out pretty good when I ran it. It was like the sweats neverending and some serious nightmares when I actually could get to sleep. I asked my doc. about it and he said it happens rarily that you get bad nightmares while on it. I guess I was in the minority. Just my experience though. I would suggest running it at 200mg every day for the bulk of the time taking it. Maybe only go 3-4 days at 400mg max.
