Is there anyone here that can help me out with a two day a week lifting program. I only have the time and energy to do twice a week. Boxing has been zapping all of my energy. I haven't lifted in a long time.
Could you also please include the neck machine as one of the exercises. I need help with planning a program that is practical. I would like to keep some strength and get some hardness even with all the cardio with the boxing. I'm 24 6' 205.
