Hello Everyone, I am new the world of body building.
My weight is :- 13st
Height :- 5ft10
I am eating 6 meals per day and am taking in 200 pro & carbs per day.
I work out everyday for 50 minutes, only working 1 body part per day.
I am taking creatine and have just started to take Norateen 2.
Any advice you could give me would be great.
