I don't know whether it is a flu, cold, or strep throat, but I am sick as a dog. I lifted yeasterday and it helped with my throat a little. I'm going to go right now and hopefully it will do the same.

I have a slight sinus infection. Most likely due to the changing weather. Body ached and every joint hurt. Had to shut down my lifting.
