2nd cycle:
Wk1-4 Dbol 42mg ed
Wk1-12 Testosterone Enanthate 500mg ew (2’ce a week)
Wk1-10 Trenbolone Enanthate 400mg ew (2’ce a week)
Wk11-14 Propionate 50mg ed
Wk1-18 Nolvadex 10mg ed (20mg during pct)
Wk14-18 Clomid
I have dbol which I may use mid cycle, an unusual time to administer dbol, but I’m going to give it a try.
All my gear is home brewed. I injected at 11:30am right after my shower. Shot went smooth, very smooth, I aspirated fine, but then I got nervous. I didn’t tap out the excess air so when I got near the end I was a little worried about pushing the air in, so I extracted pushed the air out and injected the rest. At this point I got very nauseas. I think it was the nerves of injecting home made gear combined with my jitters about injecting air. I was very pale and drank some Orange juice.
This is my first time using Tren and Prop. I hope that the prop will kick start me good. I may dose slightly higher than 50mg ed.

Work out schedule:
5 day lift, Saturday off, repeat five-day lift routine.
Day 1: Chest
Flat bench 3 sets aimed at 8 reps
Incline dumbbells 3 sets aimed at 8 reps
Decline bench 3 sets aimed at 8 reps
Flies, machine, cables or plyo cables 3 sets aimed at 8 reps
Day 2: Shoulders
Alt Dumbbell mil press with barbell mil pres 3sets/8reps
Bent over lateral raises 3sets/8reps
Arnolds 3 sets/8reps
Frontal raises 3 sets/8 reps
Shrugs 4sets/10-12 reps
Day 3: Biceps/Triceps
Weighted bench dips 3 drop-sets/varying reps
Cable push downs (straight bar) 3sets/8reps
Overhead dumbbell press 3 sets/8reps
Alt reverse one arm cable, two arm cable 3 sets/8reps
Barbell curls 3 sets/8reps
Incline bench curls 3 sets/8reps
Concentration curls 3sets/8reps
Modified preacher curls with no weight but plyo cable attached 3 sets/10reps
Day 4: Back
Parallel pull-ups 3 sets/10 reps
Wide grip pull-ups 3 sets/10reps
Seated row machine 3sets/10reps
Alt superman rows, bent barbell rows 3 sets/10reps
Day 5: Legs
Squats 3 sets/10 reps
Leg press 3 sets/10 reps
Leg extensions 3 sets/10 reps
Leg curls 3 sets/ 10 reps
Repeat. I don’t particularly like this order. I like to give my triceps rest, and do shoulders day 3 and back on day 2, and biceps triceps day 5. I needed to switch things up and modify my schedule with my partners.
Diet:
Chicken, chicken, chicken, chicken, tuna, chicken, chicken, protein shake, protein shake, chicken, tuna, protein shake, chicken, chicken.
Supplements:
Weight gainer (N-Large 2), Protein (Isopure), Glutamine, I may get some milk thistle and tribulus.
