i start my cutting cycle monday and was wanting to change my workout up because i havent changed in about 5 months.
it looks somthing like this:
monday-chest
tuesday-back/bi's
wednesday-legs
thrusday-shoulders
friday-triceps
i want to know if i should change it since i havent changed in a while/ and when i do change i wanna workout that will spark a little growth in my arms.
i thought of doing bi's and tri's together. need opinions
