well I did a search and it seems that I have tennis elbow. I took one week off and went back to the gym and aggervated it. Can those who have experienced this let me know how long I need to stay off upper body. I really want it to heal not just stop hurting for a while. My legs do need the extra attention but I know I will start seeing the upper body of an ethiopian in the mirror soon....and I was doing so good.
any help/advice is appreciated
